IMPORTANT INFORMATION
REGARDING PACKET PICK-UP
Registration and Packet
Pick-Up close at 9:00PM on Friday, April 18th.
PLEASE NOTE: There is NO
packet pick-up on Saturday, April 19th.
THE EXCEPTION TO THE
ABOVE RULE IS PROXY PICK-UP:
The St. Cloud Tech High School Track and Field
Team has brought to the Earth Day Half Marathon Festival administration an
option for those that cannot pickup their race packet for the Earth Day Half
Marathon. As a fund-raiser, the club will pickup the packet for any runner that
requests the service for a $5 service fee.
This fee will assist the team in their yearly
fundraising efforts.
Proxy Packet
Pickup Service Procedure:
1. Runner to contact the club at the email or phone number listed below.
2. Runner should give the club contact their important information to verify
with the chip; name, gender, age, city, state, etc.
3. Runner agrees to pay $5/packet picked up.
4. The Club will pickup the runner’s packet at the Packet Pickup area on
April
18 at 9:00pm.
5. The Club will check the chip, in the Runners Packet, to insure it is working
properly
6. The Club will have the packet at the Expo area on April 19 between 7:00am –
8:30am.
7. Runner must go to Club Booth between 7:00am – 8:30am, display an ID for
identity purposes, to receive their packet.
8. Runner pays $5 to Club for the service.
9. Runner double checks information on bag (name, age, gender, bib #).
